Our current team includes:

John Daly–what can you say about golfing great John Daly which hasn’t been said or written? An undeniable star, he won two major PGA championships before his 30th birthday, writes best selling books, and has become synonymous with helping kids through organizations such as Make-a-Wish Foundation. Known for his down-to-earth “grip and rip it” style, John has a large, loyal fan base.

The Lion says it best, “Taste! This barbeque tastes great.”

Dan Christy, CEO–a successful entrepreneur and President of LTD Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, Dan spent ten years testing and developing the gourmet John Daly barbeque products. Also, Dan developed the strict cooking methodology which has become hallmark of consistency for John Daly BBQ. Dan’s vision and persistency have brought John Daly BBQ to the market.

Russ Christy, CFO–currently, a Vice President at Covenant Bank in Memphis, Russ has spent several years in the banking industry refining his number crunching acumen. He says, “By having the family recipe combined with John Daly, I knew the two would blend together and be successful…John is an all American guy, someone who’ll take the time to shake your hand.”

Christian Georgi–lifelong restaurateur and past president/board member of the Memphis Restaurant Association. Christian and John co-own John Daly’s Bar and Grill while Christian owns Memphis favorite, the East End Grill. Christian’s unique insight to the restaurant business adds an exciting level of inside expertise to John Daly BBQ. “The ribs are fall off the bone tender and the sauce stands out from all of the typical run-of-the-mill sauces.”

Don Herin, Board Member–President/CEO of Mid South Mechanical Contractors, a commercial HVAC contractor.  “I love John Daly BBQ. As a businessman I go where opportunity exists. What we’ve got going on is spectacular. The backing and game plan to gain market share is an absolute winner.”

Terry Felder, Board Member–commercial/mechanical sales manager for Ferguson Enterprises, one of the nation’s largest industrial and plumbing suppliers. Middy good eats.

I had the pleasure recently to experience the John Daly bbq products. I was sceptical that a Golfer legend known for his large size would have a truely outstanding sausa, rub of bbq sause. I started by taking the JD sausa to a late night texas hold’em card game. We had three kinds of suasa and a cheesey dip on the spread. Before the first I ‘m out, the JD sausa was gone and being scraped from the jar. Dam good sausa. Well that is one for three. The next week-end I used the the BBQ sause on some prok ribs at home. Everyone including my 18 month old enjoyed the tangy rich taste unlike any BBQ sause I have ever had. 2 for 2 … The rub found a home on some baby backs. As they cooked the rub changed in teesture and flavor to compliment and define the correct definition of a true rib without overpowering the meat.

Bottomline: John Daly done GOOD! The big belly on this man is not just for looks. I actually means he know good food when he eats it.

Excited to work for JohnDaly BBQ.com I love good BBQ and own a BBQ trailer, now I have the thrill of being involved with this fine company. I met John several times back in the 80’s at the U of A and we were always friends then, but I doubt he remembers me from then. Still after talking with Dan Christy on the phone for a very long time, I feel as tho’ I was talking to someone I’ve known forever. This is a great company with great products and I encourage people from across the nation to get involved with the company and get in on the ground floor. This company is going to go far!
